my commercial convection oven keeps flipping the breakers?

older convection oven, commercial model, large– no brand name visble, been in use for years in the same place, nothing else drawing from its circuit, keeps flipping breakers, more often at higher temps… any ideas?

I used to own a tanning salon and those beds pull lots of juice. In busy season a couple of them would trip breakers constantly. Replace the breaker itself and see if that doesn’t fix. You don’t say how old the breakers and breaker box are, but I would put my money on them being older or just weak. It’s not that expensive to do just one breaker.
