Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred?
hey today was my first day on the jillian michaels 30 day shred.After the workout was finished i felt like I had run a marathon.She also says if you follow this you could lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days and becomem stronger.
So what i am really asking are there any success stories out there?
I just want to know if it is worth continuing
i’ve actually tried ot before, just for the fun of it lol. when i first did it, i though i was gonna die

but i did it a couple more time and i became less tired and more in shape. I actually lost a little weight from it, but i probaly would of lost more but i became busy so i didn’t go the whole 30 days.
but i still do it on my freetime,
